Food wine emotions pairings

“Avvinamenti: vino, cibo, emozioni…”, this is the new book by Daniele Sottile, a sommelier who will share his knowledge with us during an evening not to be missed. The focus will be on food and wine pairings, a topic that has been discussed by amateurs and experts since the birth of wine. A course where we will learn to recognize the characteristic aromas of wines, and we will learn to pair them even in our family evenings.
The book was born from a project in which the most important wineries in Italy joined, including Ferrari-Lunelli, Antinori, Biondi Santi, Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia, Guido Berlucchi, Feudi di San Gregorio and many others.
