BIO GUIDE 2025: ITALIAN ORGANIC WINE PROTAGONIST IN SALERNO
On January 18 and 19, 2025, a two-day event to discover the excellence of organic winemaking in the unique setting of the Stazione Marittima.
There Salerno Maritime Station, an architectural jewel designed by Zaha Hadid, is preparing to host a national event dedicated to the world of organic wine: the presentation of the sixth edition of Organic Guide. The only guide in Italy, entirely dedicated to wines from certified organic agriculture and in conversion, will be told in a two-day event dedicated to quality, sustainability and the discovery of the best Italian organic wines.
The appointment is for Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th January. On Saturday afternoon, from 4pm to 11pm, visitors will be able to taste the wines awarded by Guida Bio 2025 and meet the producers directly, to learn about the stories and passions that lie behind each bottle. On Sunday morning, at 11am, the official presentation of the Guide and the award ceremony of the Golden Leaves, the prestigious award given to wines that have stood out for their quality, typicality and elegance. Afterwards, from 4 pm the tasting tables will reopen to continue toasting and discovering the latest from the world of organic wine.
Curated by Antonio Stanzione and edited by Little Rubbettino, Guida Bio 2025 is a real itinerary to discover the Italian wine excellences that have chosen to embrace the green philosophy. A journey that, through the over 2500 labels reviewed, leads to the discovery of heterogeneous territories and exciting stories, recounting the challenges and satisfactions of an agriculture that is increasingly attentive to environmental protection and the quality of the final product.
